The history of modern advertising can be traced back to the time when the printing press emerged. The term ‘pre-internet days’ is pivotal when we are discussing about modern advertising. It was the time when advertising was mostly carried out through the mediums like radio, television and billboards. Soon after in 1941 when the first TV ad popped up on American screens, commercials began to cook up a base for their existence. As technologies, consumer behaviour and buying patterns change, there is a constant need in formulating community building.
